備注:
1.客戶可透過數據網絡或Wi-Fi使用Wavi服務。環球全域電訊不會對客戶於本地或海外使用服務而所產生的數據費用負上任何責任。為確保服務的穩定性,建議客戶透過Wi-Fi使用服務。
2.如用戶需致電香港以外之電話號碼,您先需以Wavi電話號碼登記IDD服務,而有關通話費用將會由個別的服務供應商分別收取。
3.客戶須明白及同意環球全域電訊不能保證,通話的質素及服務的表現可能會受數據網絡及Wi-Fi連接的穩定性所影響。客戶應該向其網絡商查詢有關網絡連接的問題、對VoIP服務之限制、或對VoIP服務所收取的額外費用等等。如客戶因上述問題而無法正常使用服務,環球全域電訊將不會負上任何責任。
4.客戶須明白及同意服務的提供可能會受不能預測及環球全域電訊不能控制的因素,例如客戶電話的設定、於香港或外地的有關規管部門的法律、法規,電力故障所影響。如服務因上述情況而受阻或暫時終止,環球全域電訊均不會就客戶的損失負上任何責任。
5.客戶明白及同意於香港以外地區使用服務,是不能接駁到非香港的緊急號碼或系統。環球全域電訊不會承擔因上述情況而引致的任何損失、損害或開支。
6.服務於電力故障時不能操作,及不適用於平安鐘服務。
Wavi is a VoIP application developed by HGC Global Communications Limited (“HGC”). You can make calls to Wavi number and receive calls from anywhere in the world, with data network or Wi-Fi connection, no matter you locate in anywhere in the world. You can now stay connected with your business partners and friends, and save roaming call charges!

Remarks:
1.Subscriber can use the Wavi service through either data network or Wi-Fi. HGC shall not be liable for any data charges incurred by subscribers for using data network in oversea. To ensure the stability of the Service, subscriber is recommended to use Wi-Fi to access the Service.
2.Subscriber needs to register IDD service for the Wavi number before making calls to overseas. IDD charges would be incurred and billed by the chosen operator separately.
3.HGC does not guarantee, and subscriber acknowledges and agrees, that the call quality or service performance may be affected by the stability of data network or Wi-Fi connection. Subscriber should check with his/her network operator for any connection problems, restrictions on VoIP function, or any additional charges for using VoIP. HGC will not be liable for the service failure due to the above situations.
4.Subscriber understands and agrees that the provision of the Service may be affected by uncertain factors such as subscriber’s mobile device settings, the restrictions of the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong or the overseas destinations, power failure which cannot be controlled by HGC. If the Service is interrupted or temporarily suspended due to the above events or other events which are beyond HGC’s control, HGC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by the subscriber.
5.Subscriber understands and agrees that the Service is unable to connect to any emergency number or system when being used outside Hong Kong, and HGC shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss, damage or expenses incurred by the subscriber in relation thereto.
6.The Service cannot function during power failure and is not suitable for use with lifeline devices.
